Heating that warms the whole house
Cold rooms are rarely bad luck. It's usually a radiator that's too small for the room, a system that's never been balanced, pipework working against itself, or sludge sitting in the bottom of the radiators. We find out which before we suggest spending anything.
New heating systems
Designed around your house, with radiator sizes worked out room by room for the windows, walls and use of each space.
Radiators and towel rails
Swap tired radiators for new ones, go for column or designer styles, or add a heated towel rail to the bathroom.
Extensions and loft conversions
Extending a heating system is notifiable Building Regulations work. We're registered to do it and sign it off ourselves.
Moving radiators
New kitchen, new layout, radiator in the wrong place. We move it and hide the pipework as neatly as the house allows.
Balancing and cold spots
A properly balanced system gets heat to the far rooms as well as the near ones, and the boiler runs more efficiently for it.
Valves and controls
Thermostatic radiator valves, room thermostats and zoning so you only heat the rooms you're using.

Sized properly, not guessed
An oversized radiator wastes money and an undersized one leaves you cold. When we design or extend a system, we size each radiator to the room it's heating, then check the boiler and pipework can deliver it. It takes a bit longer at the design stage and saves a lot of tinkering afterwards.
Fitting a new boiler at the same time?
If your boiler is getting on, it often makes sense to plan the heating work and the new boiler together. One survey, one clean of the system, one set of controls designed to work as a whole.
We install and upgrade central heating across Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Wellesbourne and Stratford-upon-Avon, plus the villages in between.
